ChesaCare provides 2-year parts and labor coverage for all Macs, regardless of what model you own, or when your original warranty expired; if your computer is in good working condition, we’ll cover it.

What exactly does “we’ll cover it” mean?

It means ChesaCare provides labor and parts at no additional charge for any hardware problems. Whether it’s the logic board, processors, hard drive, internal removable media drives (Zip, CD, DVD), RAM, modems, built-in screens, power supply, battery, analog board, mouse, keyboard, speakers, sound controller board, or video card — we’ll cover it. In fact, we cover everything except for software problems and abuse.

We offer accessible, dependable support, by phone, email, or in person. Chesapeake Systems is the region’s largest Mac sales, service, and training provider. Plus, we have a Baltimore County drop-off to make service even easier for our County customers. If you can’t get to us, you can upgrade your ChesaCare Plan to include pick-up and delivery.

Your ChesaCare plan provides for no-cost replacement of faulty parts with guaranteed parts. As an additional service to plan members, we also offer reduced price upgrades at the time of repair. Therefore, if you want to upgrade, we’ll give you the best price minus the cost of the original replacement part. The same deal goes for hard drives and video cards.

Plan members also receive a 10% discount for non-covered service and repairs, such as software problems, etc. Additionally we offer training on a variety of graphics, video, and business-management programs. Classes are scheduled every quarter and held in our on-site classroom. One-to-one training is also available.
