Corporate (On-Site) Service:

This is a service we provide for our clients who would like us to come out and meet their needs at their own location. It can generally can be provided faster than our Depot Services listed below. Plus, you have the added peace of mind that comes from knowing that your serviced Macintosh computer equipment doesn't just work in general, it works in your own environment!
  • Our technicians at Your location.
  • Repair of the reported issues and demonstration of that repair.
  • Optional tune-up, back-up, installation, networking, and training services.

Premium Depot Service

Why worry about your computer issues when we can take care of it all for you? This level of service spotlights our commitment to individual users and their needs. You'll get the feeling that the way you work and play with your computer matters to us, because it does!
  • Detailed interview with the technician who will service your machine during an appointment that you can setup in advance to suit your schedule
  • Free optional full data backup (may delay diagnosis). Can be burned to disk for a nominal fee.
  • Priority service ensures that your machine's diagnostic is started (and often finished) within 8 business hours of backup completion, or you pay less!
  • Timely quoting of prices for any parts needed.
  • Repair of your issues as discussed in the interview process.
  • Full tune up of your system including disk repair and optimization.
  • Detailed post-repair interview and demonstration of system OR free return of system to your location (where available).

Standard Depot Service

The polished signature service of Chesapeake Systems, and our best deal combining expediency and economy.
  • Detailed interview with the technician who will service your machine during an appointment that you can setup in advance to suit your schedule
  • Optional full data backup (may delay diagnosis). Can be burned to disk for a nominal fee.
  • Expedited service ensures that your machine's diagnostic is started (and often finished) within 3 business days of backup completion.
  • Timely quoting of prices for any parts needed.
  • Repair of your issues as discussed in the interview process.
  • Optional full tune-up of machine including disk repair and optimization.
  • Full documentation of services rendered.
  • Optional delivery upon completion.

Economy Depot Service

Ideal for when your budget is tight or when you know yourself just what the issues are.
  • Quick and efficient acceptance of your machines and the description of your issues.
  • Optional full data backup (may delay diagnosis). Can be burned to disk for a nominal fee.
  • Even our economy services are quick enough to ensure that your machine's diagnostic is started (and often finished) within 5 business days of backup completion.
  • Timely quoting of prices for any parts needed.
  • Repair of all issues listed.
  • Full documentation of services rendered.
